Psychology, for me is the most important thing of human health. It decides whether the body is health or not. People say: "you can be anything if you think so", or when you sick doctor will say: "your recovery depends on how great your willing to be". I absolutely agree with those words. because when we are afraid, anxious, or giving up, the result won't be great.
A Korean Drama I watched tell a lot about psychology, the title is "It's Okay, That's Love". In this drama I learn so many things about how understanding people can be the best medicine for the patient, and medicine itself won't work if the patient's mindset doesn't work together. And it happens to me (actually to my little sister).
My little sister is 11 y.o girl who just entered a new school with new friends, regulations, and social life. She has to leave the house due to the boarding school she attends. She leaves with her own will and the whole family support her because we think it will be the best for her. A few weeks past, she said that she is sick, her stomach is in pain and it is so hard for her to breath, we took her to meet a doctor and get examined. She took the medicine but her pain won't go. I ask if there is anything that makes her uncomfortable in her school, finally she said she is having a hard time to learn new lessons in her school and socialize with her friends. Looking at her who is crying deeply made me cry too, but I won't show it to her. I give her support and promise her to help with her homework every week.
A week after that I visited her and keep my promise to help her do her homework. I saw her frustration, stress and tear in her eyes but she hold it not to come out. I know she won't let us to be sad because of her. She is a kind little girl who wants to make her family happy and proud of her. She still having her stomachache, and my assumptions is it occurred because of her stress. She hold the pain, and with trembling voice she barely said 'I'm okay'. I know she is not okay, and I answered "Yes, You'll be okay dear"
